From start to finish, we had a lovely experience here. Service was stellar and the food was divine! Who puts strawberries and beets together? Who thinks of that? They do. And it was worth the hike out to Simsbury! Serene atmosphere, unpretentious. Staff were attentive and quite pleasant. Drinks were delicious. But the star of the show was the food! Everything we ate was divine! I highly recommend this place. The menu rotates, so it’s worth multiple trips. Everything was fresh and full of flavor! We were a party of 2 and split everything. Thank you for a great experience!

Better than we could have imagined! We wanted a small brunch style wedding with our family and Metro Bis was one of the few locations that could offer this. Courtney was incredibly helpful and accommodating in making sure we had everything we needed for the day. Every time we have been to Metro Bis the food has been excellent and this was no different. Even with a group of 36, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and timely with everything. The location is a beautiful building and made for a very intimate ceremony as well as excellent photos. It was more than we could have hoped for and we’re so happy we could make a memory here. The food and experience, among many other things, will bring us back for many dates in the future. Thank you very much!

Metro Bis was the perfect place to host our annual luncheon yesterday! Courtney was very easy to work with and proved to be very flexible in accommodating the unique needs of the 56 members who attended. My salad, grilled chicken with spinach and polenta, followed by coffee and dessert plate were all delicious. It was nice that the restaurant was able to offer a wide variety of entrees to us with the ability to order our entree choices on the day of the event. The servers were respectful and very efficient which contributed to an outstanding event. Thank you for providing a lovely venue and excellent service!

Incredible!! This was hands down one of the best restaurants I have had the pleasure of eating at. The staff was friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu. The atmosphere was quiet and eclectic. The food was out of this world, and honestly the best Alfredo I’ve had in my life!!

My husband and I had dinner here on Saturday night. The food was very good. I had the crab cakes, my husband had the salmon. The roasted beef barley soup was delicious. It's not something I could afford every weekend, but for a special night out it was well worth it! The wait staff was very attentive and the atmosphere was very nice. Even though it is a limited menu, there was plenty to choose from. I will definitely return.

Our local women’s social group had a recent luncheon at Metro Bis. I feel the staff deserve accolades in which their professionalism shown brightly. They were helpful with getting us organized and were quick to handle a table change without a flutter! I personally had the crab cakes which were delicious. The tomato bisque was fresh and sweet. A balanced ratio of crab and breading atop of a tasty couscous with chickpeas and steamed greens. Lastly a delicious sweet complimented the meal. I highly recommend this beautiful restaurant for a small or larger gathering. The charming atmosphere, professional staff and wonderfully prepared food and drinks makes this a must try and a definitely a repeat visit for sure!

We hosted a baby shower at Metro Bis, and I can't say enough about it! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely flawless. Courtney was truly fantastic to work with. She was incredibly responsive to my emails, answered all my questions, and really helped guide me through the entire planning process. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident from the get-go. On the day of the event, Courtney and the entire staff went above and beyond to make the day perfect. They not only helped set up the decorations we brought, but Courtney's creative touch made everything look stunning! She has a real talent for design, and it showed in every detail. At the end of the event, the staff packed everything up for us, carried gifts out to the car, and ensured that everything was taken care of. The service was top-notch and truly appreciated. And let's talk about the food — absolutely incredible! The drinks were also spot on. We received so many compliments from guests about the food and the overall experience. If you're looking to host an event in a welcoming, elegant atmosphere with exceptional service and AMAZING food, I wholeheartedly recommend Metro Bis. I can't say enough great things about Metro Bis! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious – every dish we tried was perfectly prepared and packed with flavor. You can tell they put a lot of care into every plate. What really stood out was how accommodating they were. It's rare to find a place that checks all the boxes, but Metro Bis does just that!
